Award winning artist Susiehyer is a full-time, professional oil
artist who paints landscape, figural, still life, interiors and more. She works
both in the studio and en plein air creating everything from quick field studies
to large finished paintings.
Living in Evergreen, Colorado, Susiehyer often paints the
Colorado landscape. She also likes to challenge herself to take on new subjects
and environments. Each year she visits several new locations and has traveled to
Europe, and Tahiti as well as different areas in the U.S.
Susiehyer is represented by several galleries including Showings
Fine Art in Denver, Mary Williams Fine Art in Boulder, Lasko Fine
Art in Colorado Springs, and can also be found at
www.galleryoffriends.com. She shows on a regular basis at The Cultural Arts
Council of Estes Park Fine Arts Gallery.
