Award winning artist Susiehyer is a full-time, professional oil
artist who paints landscape, figure, still life, interiors and more. She works
both in the studio and en plein air creating everything from quick field studies
to large finished paintings.
Living in Evergreen, Colorado, Susiehyer often paints the
Colorado landscape. She also likes to challenge herself to take on new subjects
and environments. Each year she visits several new locations around the US and
has traveled to Europe and the south Pacific to paint and study.
Susiehyer is represented by several galleries
along the Colorado Front Range including Showings
Fine Art in Denver, Mary Williams Fine Art in Boulder, Reily Fine Art in

Top Honors in Plein Air Artists of Colorado 2010:

Susiehyer has just been awarded Signature membership
in this prestigious group. The Paint America Signature Society honors those
artists whose work has been recognized for its excellence in Paint America's
National Exhibitions and other significant contributions to their programs.
