These are generally smaller paintings done quickly without
trying to think too hard, but just letting go and having fun. Sometimes I’m
playing with color harmonies or complements,or greying it down, but mostly I'm
just trying to get it down
before my brain gets in the way and I start thinking about it too much. It’s a different level of painting for me,
almost as if I’m not the one doing it, but rather witnessing it instead.
